Problem Solving 2.0
Solutions to your pains, frustrations and problems are not out there.
They're inside you.
All of them.
If you get something external that ends up solving a problem, it's easy to think that you found something out there that solved a problem.
But you're confusing cause and effect.
A problem is by definition an inner conflict. Having a problem means not accepting reality.
If you were fully accepting of reality, having a problem is an impossibility.
Therefore, solving problems comes down to acceptance and trust and gratitude, not searching for answers in books, on blogs, from other people. You won't find any answers out there. The world is filled with fear-driven validation junkie chumps. They'll do anything to rationalize their existence.
I'm not only talking about some spiritual one-upping bullshit where I win an argument on a technicality. This is extremely practical to understand.
Someone once told me “what you resist, persists” – if you are into figuring out your own brain, things like that, then holy shit that is profound.
When you stop seeing your problems as problems, and just as they are. No labels. Just reality. And then you say thanks for the priviledge of experiencing this reality.
Then you let go. You open yourself up to creativity and inspiration and real answers.
The kind you won't get in a stressed out, panicked hunt for answers in the Google machine, or wherever.
Then your problems, real or imagined, melt away.
Simple.
