Occam's Razor
Is nearly always right.
I wouldn't call myself a minimalist, because I hate labels... but I'm very pro-simplicity.
Mostly because things which are not necessary serve no purpose (!).
And that feels sort of pointless.

Some guiding principles:
- "Stuff" doesn't make us happy
- Buying an experience has a far greater ROI than buying a "thing" (round-the-word trip > sports car)
- Everything not relevant, distracts
Though it may seem Tyler Durden was a bit of an extremist schizo nutjob... I think he was mostly right. (in fact, I think... if someone were to change the fundamental structure of society to anything that resembles something non-bullshitty, even more extreme actions would need to be taken)
