Shortcut to happiness
Grab a pen and a piece of paper.
Write down a list of every material thing you want. Those things you tell yourself you will have once you are finally successful. From the little things to the big things. New headphones, expensive socks, new house, fleets of cars and private planes.
Keep writing until your mind goes blank, then take a 30-minute break. Come back to your list, and write down anything else that has popped into your mind.
Then, think to yourself. Once you do have those things, what would you do? When you have all the material things you could possibly wish for, how would you spend your time every day?
