I think some people missed the forest for the trees.

if you had said you were off your game when it came to business networking and knew it was because you had become a wallflower and needed to work on confidently approaching people I don't think their reactions would have been quite so negative.

I'm also tempted to slap the guy who said you need to get married and have kids to be happy. Everyone is an individual and what makes one person happy isn't what makes everyone happy. It's a comment that I particularly loath and really sets me off.

I read blogs to learn faster and for the enjoyment of reading what someone else wrote.

I still do things my way but I sometimes will find out about say a new website or technology that I personally think is amazing. It reduces the number of hours or days before I might have stumbled on it on my own. Yes, reading blogs take time but it's also enjoyment to see what other people are doing, how they are doing it and simply reading the narrative.

If I'm not enjoying it in some way, I unsubscribe.

Big fan of Lastpass because it works on EVERYTHING (mac, pc, linux, iphone, blackberry, android.) It can generate secure passwords for you.

I used Keepass before that but Lastpass's browser integration makes it the more productive and easy to use choice.

I went to Vegas thinking I was going to hate it and ended up loving it. Basically I just did a tag along with my family to a business convention because they offered to take me but I would go back.

Just looking at the architecture in Vegas and detail on some of the buildings is amazing alone.

Location awareness so you could send your current location to a friend. A "Find me" link (I know this would take some more effort to create.)

Also one of my other first thoughts was to include the addtoany button but I also kinda like the simplicity of "link tweet email directions" that you have.

I do like that the page shows both the address and the gps coordinate (in case someone wanted to use that.)

One thing I want to add ... if there's something you really love, getting the proper storage so you can USE the stuff is vital. I've found that packing things to the brim drives me crazy. I can't find anything if it's too full. Doesn't matter if you have 2 pairs or 30 pairs of pants, if the 2 pairs are crammed into a space that's too small you'll wear the one pair you threw on the chair.

And sometimes if you have something properly organized you will use something more often because you don't have to hunt it down (I'm thinking of things like drill bits.)

I've gotten rid of a lot since I moved into a house... because it was my grandmothers and trying to get my stuff into the house with her 50 years worth of stuff made me want to own a lot less ... stuff. I'm still clearing out her stuff or else I might be able to say I own less in a house than I did in an apartment.
