P.S. Am I blind or do you not have a "tweet this post" function on your webpage?? This post needs retweeting. Guess I'll have to do it manually.

Digging this post. For many..a job as a stepping stone is an easy excuse to do nothing though.
While you still have your job it can be more difficult to create that sense of urgency that is necessary to force you into making the plunge.
I have that urgency because I finish my law degree in 6 months and I don't want to have to get a real job :P
Minimalism is indeed the shiznit! I write about it a fair bit, but something I only realised the other day was that there is another side to minimalism that is often overlooked.
Physical minimalism is getting rid of excess tangible possessions.
But what about digital minimalism? Having a minimalist working space on your laptop, a minimalist internet browser to minimise distraction and maximise focus.
Thanks for the post Tynan. Packing video would be icing on the cake :D
I'm sure you can work on things, but I don't think that your desire to write about your life as a living is inherently "narcissistic". You're simply proud of the life you are living. Doesn't mean you have your head jammed up your ass and don't care about anyone but yourself :P
You should have gone to a cheapo soccer game whilst in London! For 10 quid you can see a soccer game that is just as intense as A-league, with the added bonus that you can hear the individual insults the crowd hurls at the linesman!
I 100% agree, but sometimes you have to stick with a certain mindset for a while, even amidst staunch criticism, before you can truly decide it wasn't for you. Otherwise you risk being molded by others.
I feel a sense of guilty excitement that I fit the "demographic" perfectly and that the direction your taking with your future posts feels like it's personally tailored to my interests. ^^
If you like the idea of running everywhere, read "Born to Run" by Christopher McDougal. Epic book..
@ Grunt
Not true. One could decide they don't want to have children. That doesn't mean there life has no meaning or that they've failed in achieving what they were "supposed to do" on this Earth.
