Who made the comment that sunglasses are harmful? I have a couple of optometrists in my family and I've lost track how many times I've had the lecture on not wearing sunglasses.
UV rays and blue light rays are harmful to the eyes. Your eye's lens is unable to repair itself when damaged and cells and proteins that are damaged do not get replaced. This is irreversible damage...
Also if you're not careful you can sunburn your eyes, too.
That phone has Windows Mobile or Android? I'm not a fan of the "touch" version of WiMo. Though I'd guess Android doesn't have some of the software you need.

I know someone who got a reading from Erin and he had the same experience you described (very specific details). I went from a hard-lined non-believer to "it is possible".
Our conversation intrigued me enough that I am considering getting a reading when I have money to spare. She must be getting more popular because her rates keep going up (last time I looked it was ~$300) so it might be better to do it sooner rather than later.

I also have the same sleep schedule as you but am trying to change it. I think I would be sharper during the day with a regular sleep schedule.
I might try the Tim Ferris trick to use a kitchen timer to get an optimal amount of sleep no matter what time of day it is when I happen to go to sleep. If you keep records you can also track your sleep debt and plan for getting rid of that, too.
I've always wondered if Tyler would be as successful as he is today if he wasn't portrayed as the bad guy in The Game. I remember reading some of his old writing and it seemed like that negative event really helped shape his life.
