In the past three years I've made a lot of changes, of which most I would call plain conscious changes. Keeping track of my time, getting up early, going for a swim every other day, a lot of 30 day challenges, studying more, reading more, learning a second instrument etc.
But there's also a different kind of change I undertook. This type of change I call “unconscious conscious change”. It usually starts out with me either being inspired a couple of times over the same subject, or having an epiphany myself. From there on I usually don't really force the change, it just slowly manifests over time and feels very natural. Let's pick a few examples:
