Zachary Cohn and Charles Moreland of Rochester Parkour are hosting a Leave No Trace Initiative and Beginner Parkour Workshop on Saturday, December 6th in Manhattan Square Park. The Leave No Trace cleanup will start at 2pm and will last approximately 90 minutes. Afterwards, the more experienced traceurs of Rochester Parkour will assist Zac in teaching the 90 minute beginner workshop to all of the attendees. This will be a great event for new people interested in learning Parkour, for fairly new traceurs who need to review the basics, and for experienced traceurs who need experience teaching.

My one focus for the coming year will be reviews. Weekly Reviews are already being recorded here with some success (perhaps add a weight measurement to this? -- if I can remember to do this before shower, it will help me think about my Friday review and set a reminder for it) I will add monthly reviews on the first of the month. Not quite sure how I will accomplish this or what it will look like exactly. I would also like to do "quarterly" reviews (more like thirds, but whatever) on Yom Kippur, my birthday, and new years. And yearly reviews will take place at the new year -- not on a single day but as an extended process in the new year.
For the first monthly review: Hit or miss on one goal. Re-write new goal. Summary of month. Rewrite year's top 5 goals and top 5 values.
